McCain Finally meets with Billy and Franklin Graham

John McCain met Sunday with evangelist Billy Graham and his son, Franklin, at the family's mountaintop retreat in North Carolina.

McCain, who is actively courting religious voters and trying to reassure skeptical conservatives, visited privately with the Grahams on the grounds of Little Piney Cove in the Blue Ridge Mountains in western North Carolina.

McCain's visit to North Carolina was his first sit-down with Billy Graham, 89, and with Franklin Graham, although McCain and the elder Graham are acquainted. McCain's father and Billy Graham also knew each other.

The world-renowned evangelist is in poor health but apparently felt well enough to visit with McCain, who flew to North Carolina with the expectation of meeting only with Franklin Graham, who is president and chief executive of the evangelistic association his father founded in 1950.

"The senator and I both have sons currently serving in the military, and also have a common interest in aviation," Franklin Graham said. "I was impressed by his personal faith and his moral clarity on important social issues facing America today."

All I can say is, it is about time that McCain came to his senses. Without us, the Conservative Evangelical voter, their is NO WAY that McCain will beat Obama.

Remember, that it was Evangelical Activists in Ohio that pushed Bush into the winning column for 2004. And similarly, in 2000, Florida Evangelicals pushed through for a Bush victory.

Now, I still don't understand why McCain was in Mexico and Canada this past week trumpeting Nafta as a great thing. That was a bad move on his part. Ohio voters Hate Nafta. Michigan voters (another swing State) Hate Nafta.

However, I am glad that McCain is now for drilling for oil here in the USA and in Anwar (a place that for years he was against drilling).

I am very glad that McCain met with Billy Graham and Franklin Graham.

I still disagree with McCain on his Pro-Free Trade, Pro-Outsourcing Jobs, Pro-Globalization, Pro-Global Warming, and soft Illegal Immigration stance.

However, Obama is so much WORSE on all of these issues. During the primary, Obama acted as though he was against Free-Trade and Globalization, but recently he told an Ohio audience that "Globalization is here to stay" , backing away from a Pro-Nationalistic, Anti-Free Trade, Anti-Globalization stance that he "claimed" to have in the Primary against Hillary.

I wish we had a viable Pro-Nationalistic, Anti-Globalization, Anti-Outsourcing Jobs, Anti-Free-Trade person to vote for. Bob Barr is out there, but I know that he probably won't win.

Obama hates Evangelical Christians, loves radical Muslims, loves the ACLU, loves Abortion, and loves the Gay Mafia.
He has ZERO qualifications to be President.
I will also blog soon about his Mocking of the Bible last week.

I just wish I had a better alternative to vote for other than McCain.

Right now, I am going to vote for Bob Barr or John McCain.

Either one of them are WAY better than Obama.

More Global Warming Hysteria!

On Monday in Congress, James Hansen, a NASA Scientist, told Congress that the world has long passed the "dangerous level" for greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and needs to get back to 1988 levels. He said Earth's atmosphere can only stay this loaded with man-made carbon dioxide for a couple more decades without changes such as mass extinction, ecosystem collapse and dramatic sea level rises.

"We're toast if we don't get on a very different path," Hansen, director of the Goddard Institute of Space Sciences who is sometimes called the godfather of global warming science, told The Associated Press. "This is the last chance."

This clown has been yelling about "global warming" since 1988. He wants ALL factories that emit carbon dioxide to be SHUT DOWN by 2025 if they don't capture carbon dioxide emissions.

If Hansen had his way, we would go back to horse and buggy. This guy is insane.

What is even more insane is that you have ignorant Congressmen like Rep. Ed Markey, D-Mass who call this Hansen fellow a "climate prophet".

Hansen wants to stop ALL coal-fired power plants from operating or being built.
Meanwhile, gas keeps going up and up and up. $4.25/gal. in my area.

We should be building MORE Coal-fired power plants, not trying to stop them from being built or operating. I guess Hansen enjoys the high gas prices.

Fortunately, their are a few intelligent Congressmen (not many) who are not buying this Hansen guy's BS.
Longtime global warming skeptic Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., citing a recent poll, said in a statement, "Hansen, (former Vice President) Gore and the media have been trumpeting man-made climate doom since the 1980s. But Americans are not buying it."

Hansen is part of Al Gorlioni's Global Warming Mafia crew.

I for sure am not buying the global warming garbage. Fact is, people like Hansen and Al Gorlioni are the MAIN cause of our $4/gal. gasoline.

Someone please YELL in Hansen's ear:
CARBON DIOXIDE IS NOT A GREENHOUSE GAS.
CARBON DIOXIDE IS NATURAL.
CARBON DIOXIDE IS EMITTED EVERY DAY BY HUMANS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PLANT LIFE.

1rst Day of Summer---Ahhh everything feels right stepping outside

Of course most of my blog are political in nature but every so often I like to blog about some of my favorite things.
One of those things is Summer, in particular the first day of Summer.

The longest day of the year. June 21.
Baseball is in full bloom.

Warm weather is here and much more to come. Although with global cooling summers feel shorter now.
I graduated HS in 1988. Remember 1988, the hottest summer in many years. 47 90+ degree days in my Chicago area. Way over the average. Oh how I long for those Hot Summer days.
But, global cooling is ruining my summers lately.

I like it Hot and Dry. 90+ is perfect for me. Too bad we have global cooling; right Al Gore. Oh that's right, its global warming(I won't mention the fact that we froze to death in May), my bad. Ha Ha

I am coaching my 8yr old son's baseball team this year. This is the first time I have been a head coach. We are the Cardinals. We are 6-6 after starting out 2-6. We have won 4 games in a row.
It is challenging but so ever rewarding. I think I will do it next year too.

I hope all in the upper midwest enjoy this short summer.
Go swimming. Go to a ball game. Go bike riding. Go camping. Go to Six Flags. Barbecue outside. Enjoy good friends and family. Travel.

But most of all, spend quality time with your family.

Just Say NO to ANY and ALL Hate Crime Laws

That's right. Scream it loudly from the rooftops. Yell to your Congressman and Senator. Hate Crime laws are a violation of your Free Speech. They are in effect "thought crimes". Remember George Orwell 1988?

Let me give you an example of what has transpired in Canada since the newest hate crime laws have been on the books since 2004.

A priest is being investigated as a potential criminal under a federal "hate crimes" law for quoting from the Bible, and he's being targeted using a Canadian provision under which no defendant ever has been acquitted, according to a new report.

Pete Vere, a canon lawyer and Catholic journalist, has reported on the prosecution of Father Alphonse de Valk, a pro-life activist known across Canada, by the Canadian Human Rights Commission – "a quasi-judicial investigative body with the power of the Canadian government behind it" – at CatholicExchange.com.

"What was Father de Valk's alleged 'hate act'?" Vere wrote.

"Father defended the [Catholic] Church's teaching on marriage during Canada's same-sex 'marriage' debate, quoting extensively from the Bible, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and Pope John Paul II's encyclicals. Each of these documents contains official Catholic teaching. And like millions of other people throughout the world and the ages – many of whom are non-Catholics and non-Christians — Father believes that marriage is an exclusive union between a man and a woman," he wrote.

The new case comes just as columnist and author Mark Steyn, and Maclean's magazine which published an excerpt from his "America Alone" book, are on trial before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal for similar "offenses."

In 2005, a Knights of Columbus council was fined more than $1,000 for refusing to allow its facility to be used for a lesbian "wedding," and before that printer Scott Brockie was fined $5,000 for declining to print homosexual-themed stationery. Also, in Saskatchewan, Hugh Owens was fined thousands of dollars for quoting Bible verses in a newspaper and London, Ontario, mayor Diane Haskett was fined $10,000 for refusing to proclaim a homosexual pride day, Vere enumerated.

Bishop Fred Henry has described the situation as "a new form of censorship and thought control." Those are the same words leading Christians in the United States have used to describe the most recent "hate crimes" plan before the U.S. Congress, which specifically targeted for elimination criticism of alternative sexual lifestyles.

Vere also warned that in the Steyn case, the bottom line is that a Canadian human rights tribunal now is "attempting to prosecute a case against an American resident, based upon what an American citizen allegedly posted to a mainstream American Catholic website. What passes for mainstream Catholic discussion in America is now the basis for a hate complaint in Canada."

But the United States is not immune to such work, either, he noted, citing the New Mexico photographer fined $6,600 for refusing to meet the demands of a lesbian to take pictures at a "wedding."

Also, California has set in state law a ban on introducing anything but "positive" information about alternative sexual lifestyles, including homosexuality, in its public school.

And WND reported just days earlier when a verbal spat between two men on a street in Champaign, Ill., left the self-proclaimed homosexual facing no charges, and the other, an 18-year-old Christian student, facing felony "hate crimes" counts.

"You see if my feelings are hurt and I feel discriminated against due to my 'religious orientation' then surely I must have a right and entitlement to have an appointed group of people in the Human Rights Commission at taxpayers' expense, intervene and force the activist to pay me compensation for my feelings. This is really not bullying is it? Or is it more like extortion?"

"How can I prove my feeling are hurt? I don't need to prove it. I just say it is so and it is so. Do I need to provide truth? No, not under the functions of the Human Rights Act. … Section 3(1) states that if something 'indicates discrimination' and 'is likely to expose to hatred or contempt' is a basis for action."

So far the US is not under this Canadian type of "thought crime" tyranny yet. However, we do have States, like here in Illinois, that have Hate crime laws on the books.
Here in the USA, in March 2008, even more sweeping hate crime legislation was defeated.

The U.S. proposal was launched in the House of Representatives as H.R. 1592 and would have punished crimes based on the "actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability…"

But we need to stay vigilant. The Gay Mafia is constantly lobbying and bullying Congressmen and Senators alike to go along with the gay agenda, or else.

If Canada type hate crimes are ever passed here. I could be prosecuted as violating a hate crime with my conservative populist blog.

This is scary stuff.

If Obama wins the Presidency, new hate crime legislation will be on the way to Congress.

Obama is a slave to the Gay Mafia. Make no mistake about it.

Stay alert, watch what laws are proposed. Call and Write your Congressman. Tell them "Just say no to Hate Crime Laws".

Overpopulation: NO SUCH THING:

The Rev. Oliver "Buzz" Thomas recently wrote in his USA Today article that "religious" leaders were not doing their job by not condemning people for having "too many" kids. He goes on to say that we are "overpopulating" the Earth and that we are using up all of our "scarce" resources.

Let me tell you straight:

This is nothing more than Communist, Liberal, GARBAGE.

But God says in his Word, "Be fruitful and multiply", Mr. Thomas.

This whole "overpopulating" baloney is an old liberal Environmental whack job theory that has been out there for years. I remember being "forced" to watch a Walter Cronkite documentary about "overpopulation" and "scarce resources", when I was in a government public school back 20 some years ago.

The same people who push this "save the world by having less kids" stuff are the same folk who push the global warming baloney.

Make no mistake about it. These people watch in glee as countries like China restrict their families to just 1 child. Isn't this great, Mr. Thomas wants us to emulate China's family policy. Huh? Is he crazy? Yes, Mr. Thomas is crazy.

He quotes the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. This is the group that thinks we are all going to fall into the ocean unless we stop global warming.

Mr. Thomas also says this: "I recognize that religious organizations tend to be conservative institutions. Their continued resistance to equal rights for gays is a good example".
Huh? This proves that he is a Liberal with the capital L.
What really irritates me is that this Rev. Oliver "Buzz" Thomas comes off acting like he is a conservative evangelical leader. But in this one article alone he contradicts the Bible by touting equal rights for gays and discouraging God's command to be fruitful and multiply.

I think if there is one thing that we have learned in an age of scientific enlightenment is that our planet's resources are diverse and abundant. It takes creativity and hard work to tap and distribute the earth's resources. Even though Oliver "Buzz" Thomas is saying that I am sinful and selfish by having a lot of children, imagine the fact that my children may actually work towards the solution to what he thinks is the problem through creativity and hard work.

Biblically, children are a blessing, not a blight. If you look at the statistics, countries that have zero population growth also oftentimes have very little economic growth. I think people like Oliver "Buzz" Thomas - by the way, this is an enlightened man. He's a Baptist minister, a lawyer, an author - he should not be bemoaning the population bomb and global warming, and this article has a lot to say about that as well. He should have his eye on the right ball. Instead of these kinds of people touting the Kyoto Protocol on global warming, which would cost the worldwide economy somewhere between 10 and 50 trillion dollars, we should be condemning these poor countries corrupt leaders that hoard and waste all the money instead of using the governmental power they have to build a prosperous country.

How many of you can remember back to the late '70s when people were saying - and a lot of pastors joined the chorus of voices - saying that we were about to enter a new ice age, and then making all kinds of extrapolations? People like Ted Turner. If you ever want to meet a closed-minded man, there's one example. He believes that in 30, 40, 50 years we're all going to be eating each other as cannibals.

As Christians, we need discernment skills. These so-called leaders, unfortunately, now have a place at the table. They're writing in USA Today. The kinds of things that they are saying are not only bizarre, but unconscionable. It is simply incredible to read his extrapolations. He writes that "hundreds of scientists who make up the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warned recently that the environmental crisis is more dire than originally believed. We might have reached a tipping point. Even if we stop producing harmful greenhouse gases immediately, temperatures could continue to rise and ocean levels along with them for the next 1,000 years. How much?" Well, maybe "11 degrees this century." And the oceans are going to rise nearly two feet. And that, he says, is a conservative prediction.

These are the same kinds of people who, around the year 2000, were telling you to buy freeze-dried food and making a fortune on generators and telling people to leave the cities and move out into the country. We, as Christians, need discernment skills so that we can discern between wheat and chaff, heat and light.

Discernment. Stick that word in your vocabulary. You will need it because some in the Christian church have become so biblically illiterate and have such little comprehension of what it means to have a biblical worldview, that if you don't have discernment skills you're going to be slapped around by every wind and wave in the culture.

Let me end this blog by comparing 2 countries: According to Thomas, overpopulation will hurt us and make us poor.
Chad, Africa has 20.4 people per square mile. It is one of the poorest and most corrupt countries in the World.
Hong Kong, although not technically a country, has 16,469 people per square mile. It is one of the most richest areas around.

So I guess Mr. Thomas would rather us emulate Chad, Africa rather than Hong Kong, right?

This shows what an idiot he really is.

People, do not listen to idiots like Rev. Oliver "Buzz" Thomas.

Populate the Earth with loving families and many kids who will someday take care of us.

McCain's Campaign says "No" to meeting with Billy Graham, further alienating the Evangelical Voter.

I am sick and tired of John McCain.

In fact, as of right now, I am voting for Bob Barr instead.

Once again, John McCain's Campaign says "screw you, I don't need your support" to the 40 million Born-Again Evangelical Christians.

In another disturbing sign that Sen. John McCain has little interest in reaching out to his conservative base, including evangelical Christian voters, his campaign has declined an offer to meet with the Rev. Billy Graham.

For almost six decades, Graham has been America’s most influential preacher and evangelist, a man sought out by every president since Harry Truman.

Brian Jacobs, a Fort Worth Texas minister and consultant to the Billy Graham Association sought a meeting with Billy Graham and Presidential hopeful John McCain.
Instead of an expected warm greeting from the McCain camp, here is what he got instead.

Dear Mr. Jacobs,
Thank you for your kind letter offering to set up a personal meeting between Senator McCain and Dr. Billy Graham.
Senator McCain appreciates your invitation and the valuable opportunity it represents. [italics added by McCain campaign]
Unfortunately, I must pass along our regrets and do not foresee an opportunity to add this event to the calendar.
I know you will understand that with the tremendous demands on his time and the large volume of similar requests, events such as this are extremely difficult to schedule even though each one is important. However, we will keep your event in mind should an opportunity present itself in the future.
I know that the Senator would want me to thank you for your interest and to send his very best wishes.
Sincerely,
Amber Johnson Director of Scheduling John McCain 2008
The rejection of an offer to meet with Graham is yet another indication that the McCain campaign has made a deliberate, strategic decision to chart a new course for the GOP, a course without the sizable evangelical Christian voting bloc serving as its base.
The danger for McCain is in his campaign’s failure to grasp the size of the born again vote. Latest surveys show that fully 42 percent of all Americans claim to be “born again.”
But the risk is not just that the Republican nominee will lose evangelical voters but that he will lose its massive infrastructure: megachurches with their schools, television programs and massive mailing lists which traditionally play a crucial role for Republicans in voter registration and voter turnout. The cost to the party of replicating this role themselves would be incalculable.
McCain’s new course is a stunning turnabout for the GOP. In the summer of 1980, Ronald Reagan reached out to evangelicals gathered at the Religious Roundtable in a Dallas, Texas, saying to his audience of 10,000, “I know you can’t endorse me, but I want you to know that I endorse you.” It marked the beginning of a GOP relationship with evangelicals that became a winning coalition for three presidents.
McCain's staff is notoriously hostile. McCain adviser, Charlie Black, and campaign manager, Rick Davis, have a long, troubled history with the evangelical wing of the party.
The pair were said to be behind McCain’s decision to throw televangelist John Hagee “under the bus” after audio recordings suggested Hagee believed Adolf Hitler was an agent of God. Though Hagee’s views of “predestination” are mainstream among many Christian denominations and Hagee obviously never suggested support for Hitler or Nazis, McCain called Hagee “crazy.” Only weeks before he denounced Hagee, McCain had publicly trumpeted the pastor’s endorsement.
McCain’s hasty decision to discard Hagee was seen by many evangelicals, even those who are not fans of Hagee, as a betrayal.
But Hagee and Graham are not the only evangelical leaders to be rebuffed by McCain. Press reports indicate McCain has turned away olive branch invitations from the influential Dr. James Dobson for the senator to visit him at his headquarters in Colorado Springs.
The theory behind the McCain campaign’s strategy to ignore evangelicals is that they have nowhere else to go, that Obama is too liberal, and they’ll vote against him come November.
Nowhere else to go?? Think again Mr. McCain. We Evangelicals can just stay home or vote for Bob Barr, the Pro-Life Libertarian candidate.
If you don't need us, we don't need you. It is as simple as that.
McCain’s decision not to meet with Graham will likely provoke outrage. And the campaign will likely back down. Graham is no Hagee or Dobson. They will say it was all a mistake and blame it on staff or a “misunderstanding.” But in the process they have revealed their mind-set. Their decision to ignore the leaders of America’s 80 million born-again voters represents a stunning, high wire act for a Republican presidential candidate.
Stupid McCain. He keeps going more and more to the Left. From his union with the Global Warming fanatics to his open disdain for Conservative Evangelical Christians, John McCain is not only going to lose my vote but many of the 40 million Evangelical voters. What does he think, Obama voters are going to vote for him. Ha Ha Ha. That is a joke.
Only an about face renunciation of his fanatical global warming views and a strong right turn will get me back.
Until then, I am supporting Bob Barr.

The Truth: America has Natural Resources to make us Energy Independent for the next 250 Years: Problem is Wacko Congress/Tree huggers say No.

I am sick and tired of hearing this GARBAGE--- about America "running out" of natural resources and the need to "conserve".

Here is the bottom line to any American who REALLY wants to hear the Truth:

We have 250 years worth of Natural Resources right NOW at our fingertips under our USA SOIL. But the idiot Congress and past Presidents in bed with the Wacko Tree-hugging, Volvo driving Environmentalists have put up road block after road block NOT allowing us to get at it.

Here is the background:

On January 1, 1970, Richard Nixon signed the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), which allowed the federal government - or a liberal judge - to veto or delay indefinitely any energy project of any kind. Coincidentally, 1970 was the year when America produced the most oil in its history and imported only 12 percent of its needs.

Nearly a decade later to the day, President Jimmy Carter Jimmy Carter signed the Alaska Lands Act, the law that closed ANWR and - in one fell swoop - took more taxpayer -owned government lands out of our energy resource portfolio than any other time in history. It was the fitting and symbolic end of the decade that set us on the course for the energy collision we face today. U.S. dependence on foreign sources of oil had reached 40 percent.

The list of laws enacted in between are on are an alphabet soup of government activism that continues to restrict our access to American energy today. They include the Clean Air Act of 1970 (CAA); the Clean Water Act of 1972 (CWA); the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (CZMA); and the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA), just to name a few.

And while everyone wants to save animals from extinction, breathe clean air, drink clean water and avoid toxic substances, these laws and their successors have been used by opponents of U.S. energy production as a means to an end -- to stop domestic production of our economy’s lifeblood and promote scarcity.

Ronald Reagan initially made some progress against energy suicide of the 1980’s by using the tools he had to reduce regulations and direct more energy development on taxpayer-owned federal lands. But the Congress struck back, and in 1982, added a rider to a spending bill that prohibited energy leasing on 85% of the outer continental shelf surrounding the lower 48 states.

For the twenty-six years since, Congress has voted each year, every year, to continue these bans and continue our dependency on foreign oil. And, to burnish his kinder, gentler credentials, President George H.W. Bush imposed his own moratorium in 1990, which President Clinton extended until 2012, and which President George W. Bush has yet to repeal, despite the looming promise of economic ruin for families caused by our energy supply imbalance. Today, America remains the only developed country in the world that shoots itself in the foot in such fashion.

In 1987, when President Reagan asked Congress to open ANWR along with a required report showing that it could be done safely and help supply 1 million barrels per day, Congress ignored him, and instead expanded the amount of wilderness in the US greatly, taking even more lands away from energy production. Congress did finally pass a bill to open a small piece of ANWR in 1995, but President Clinton vetoed it.

Here is the dirty little secret that the Wacko Tree-huggers don't want you the average Joe Amercian to know:

America is the Saudi Arabia of oil shale deposits. With the 2 trillion barrels of oil we could extract, the US could run for 250 years on that source alone. Unfortunately, the best deposits lie under nationalized lands in the West, and the Congress passed a law in 2007 making it illegal to lease the lands for energy development.

USA is also the Saudi Arabia of coal. Last year, Hollywood’s Henry(Wax Museum) Waxman slipped a provision into law that will block government – the biggest single user of energy – from buying any alternative fuels made from coal. Germany ran its war machine on the stuff throughout WWII, and South Africa has been making coal into substitute petroleum for decades. We could too, but for our IDIOT CONGRESS.

Today, America only uses 3% of its offshore areas to produce energy, and only 6% of government lands onshore. The US now imports more oil than ever, produces less oil than it did before WWII, and is sending over half a trillion dollars a year to a lot of people who don’t like what our country stands for, (i.e. Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Syria).

As Ronald Reagan uttered, "America should not be thwarted by a tiny minority opposed to economic growth.” Is as true today as it was when he uttered it 28 years ago. That tiny minority has hidden their agenda behind the environment movement and thus grown to control our nation’s energy decisions made in Washington, and it shows in every American’s energy bill.

This tiny minority of Wacko Environmentalists and Hollywood Elites in bed with Liberal Congressmen and Senators continue to spue LIE AFTER LIE telling us we can't drill for oil because of "global warming" or the latest LIE about the "scarcity" of our natural resources.
Meanwhile, gas prices continue to climb well into the $4/gallon range and beyond, forcing some companies even out of business.

Well, now you know who to blame: BLAME the WACKO ENVIRONMENTALISTS IN BED WITH CONGRESS FOR YOUR OUT OF CONTROL GAS PRICES, NOT THE OIL COMPANIES.

At least we get something (oil & gas) from the Oil companies. What do you get from your Congressman and Environmentalist: Answer: NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH, except Higher gas prices.

Here’s the truth Ronald Reagan understood but Washington’s central planners don’t want you to know about: God blessed North America with huge energy resources, probably rivaling those of any other continent. Free the American people to use their brains, technology and hard work to access the energy that government has put off limits.

Let’s actually make it economically attractive to produce energy at home. Legalize the coal, oil shale, oil sands, methane hydrates (a frozen natural gas that dwarfs all other energy resources on earth), uranium, hydropower and all of the exotic alternative energy potential we have, and get off the backs of all the people whose job it is to supply this country with the energy that provides us the capacity do work. Americans will respond and go to work putting America to work. We will produce energy…a lot more energy. The result will be enough of our own energy to keep the lights burning in the Shining City on a Hill for a long, long time.

Texas Supreme Court ruling Thursday said it all - Supreme Court to CPS: Send these children home!

Finally, justice for the FLDS families, both parents and children alike will be reunited soon.

Texas officials had no right to remove about 460 children from a polygamist sect, the Texas State Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

The Texas Supreme Court agreed with a lower court's ruling, that the state's Child Protective Services division did not present ample evidence that the children were being abused.

The court's 6-3 ruling came in the case of 38 mothers who had appealed the removal of their children, but attorneys in the case have said the reasoning behind the court rulings can be applied to the removals of all the children from the ranch during the raid, which began April 3.

"When we'd given up hope on the system and we'd made a plea to every politician there is, it ends up being some kindhearted attorneys that were willing to take up this fight," Willie Jessop said outside the courthouse in San Angelo after the ruling was issued.

It is now high time to Put these families back. There has been a catastrophic emotional and physical trauma to these families, permanent damage that will be left on them for a lifetime.

I would like to call on [Child Protective Services] and the state of Texas to end this nightmare.
It is time for the children to come home. It is time for the state of Texas to lay down arms here and solve this problem.

CPS said it will work to reunite children covered under the ruling with their parents.

The sooner the better.

Now, I will yell loud and clear to ALL the Parents of these 460 children, SUE the Texas CPS for every penny they have.

That's right. The Gall of the Texas CPS to bust down doors and forcefully take these children. This is a clear violation of their constitutional rights.

Sue every one of the officials involved. Sue the Texas Rangers too. Sue everybody involved in this 1984 George Orwell Horror real life horror flick.

I am sick and tired of the State thinking it has ultimate control of our lives. The State needs to BUTT OUT of everybody's life. This country is about Freedom and Liberty. My kids belong to me and my wife, NOT the State. This FLDS case maddens me to my inner core. I am so entirely grateful and thankful that the State Supreme Court handed this ruling down.

Now send the kids home and BUTT out of these people's lives once and for all!!!
